What Makes South Asian Spice Different From Middle Eastern Spice?

By Community Member · June 5, 2026
Both use cumin and coriander. Both have warming spice blends. I keep thinking they would taste similar but every time I try them they feel like completely different worlds. What am I missing about how these two flavor traditions are different?
